Nicholas Toon
Nicholas (Nick) Toon is the Chief Executive Officer of Beyon Solutions, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, transformation agenda, and growth across the Beyon Group. He is responsible for advancing the organisation’s position as a leading digital solutions provider, enabling enterprise and government customers through capabilities spanning cloud, cybersecurity, AI, smart solutions, digital infrastructure, and managed services.
Nick brings more than two decades of international experience across engineering, consulting, enterprise transformation, and executive leadership. His career has combined deep technical expertise with commercial leadership, enabling organisations to align technology investment with strategic business outcomes and large-scale transformation programmes.
Prior to becoming CEO, Nick served as Chief Operating Officer of Beyon Solutions, where he played a key role in driving operational transformation and business growth. Before joining Beyon solutions in 2022 he was Group Professional Services Director at Sure International, part of the Beyon Group, leading the delivery of complex enterprise solutions for international customers across multiple sectors.
Throughout his career, Nick held senior leadership positions across technology integrators and global ICT organisation, building extensive experience in digital transformation, enterprise services, systems integration, cloud platforms, and managed services. He is recognised for building high-performing teams, driving innovation-led growth, and helping organisations navigate complex transformation initiatives.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sheffield and an MBA from Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom. He is also a Chartered Director and a Fellow of the Chartered Management institute (FCMI).

Andreas Straarup

Andreas Straarup
With more than 18 years of international leadership experience across digital consultancy, technology, and commercial transformation, Andreas brings extensive expertise in corporate strategy, commercial leadership, and organizational integration. Having lived and worked across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, the United States, and Asia, he has led businesses through periods of growth and transformation, with experience building high-performing organizations and driving operational excellence across international markets.
Prior to joining Beyon Solutions, Andreas served as Chief Executive Officer at Kraftvaerk, where he led the company’s transformation by improving profitability, strengthening operational performance, and evolving its service offerings. Before that, he held global leadership positions at Monstarlab, including Group Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director for the UK & Middle East, where he led the integration and global rebranding of multiple acquired companies while driving international expansion. Earlier in his career, Andreas co-founded Presidents Institute, helping grow the organization into one of Denmark’s fastest-growing companies, and began his professional journey at Saxo Bank.
Andreas holds Graduate Diplomas in Organization & Management and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. He has also completed executive education programmes at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and The Wharton School, as well as executive studies in Negotiation and Decision-Making Strategies at Columbia Business School.

Asser Ramadan

Asser Ramadan
Asser Ramadan is the Chief Commercial Officer of Beyon Solutions, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and customer success initiatives across the Middle East and beyond. He is responsible for strengthening the company’s market position, expanding its regional footprint, and delivering innovative digital, cloud, and managed services that support enterprises and governments to accelerate their digital transformation journeys.
With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, cloud solutions, and digital transformation, Asser has held senior commercial leadership roles with leading regional and global technology organisations. Throughout his career, he has successfully led high-performing sales teams, developed strategic partnerships, and delivered complex multi-stakeholder transformation programmes in markets such as Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and wider regional markets.
Prior to joining Beyon Solutions, Asser held senior leadership positions with Link Development, Oracle, EDS, and Raya, where he was responsible for driving business growth, leading large-scale enterprise sales initiatives, and building long-term customer relationships across the public and private sectors. His expertise spans cloud computing, digital government, enterprise applications, managed services, business development, and commercial strategy.
Asser holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT), a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, and an MBA from the American University in Cairo.

Mohamed Sameer Alaradi

Mohamed Sameer Alaradi
Mohamed brings more than 14 years of experience across audit, finance, investment operations, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Beyon Solutions in April 2025, he led the finance and investment operations of a government-backed investment company, where he also served as Corporate Governance Officer. Earlier in his career, he spent over nine years with KPMG, holding progressive roles across Bahrain and the United States, including Deputy Manager at KPMG Bahrain and Senior Associate at KPMG US.
In addition to his corporate experience, Mohamed contributed to professional development in the finance sector by delivering CPA preparation course lectures at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) between 2022 and 2024.
Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Hesham El-Beih

Hesham El-Beih
With more than two decades of experience in technology, enterprise sales, and executive leadership, Hesham has built his career around helping organizations harness technology to achieve sustainable business growth. He combines strong commercial acumen with deep industry knowledge, enabling customers to align digital investments with long-term business objectives.
Before being appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2018, Hesham served as Chief Commercial Officer at Link Development, where he led the company’s commercial strategy, customer engagement, and market expansion initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in account management and business development, building extensive experience across enterprise technology, cloud solutions, and digital transformation programs.
Throughout his leadership journey, Hesham has been instrumental in strengthening Link Development’s market position, expanding strategic alliances with global technology partners, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer success. Under his leadership, the company has continued its regional growth while delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across both public and private sectors.

Nabil Youssef

Nabil Youssef
As Founder and CEO of Insomea since 2016, Nabil has led the company’s growth into a leading Microsoft cloud solutions provider, delivering digital transformation, cloud, and enterprise technology services to organizations across the Middle East. Following Insomea’s integration into Beyon Solutions, he continues to lead the business, driving innovation and helping organizations accelerate their digital transformation journeys through modern cloud technologies and strategic technology advisory.
Prior to founding Insomea, Nabil held several senior technology leadership positions, including Group Chief Information Officer at Salama Islamic Arab Insurance, where he oversaw IT operations for an international Takaful and Re-Takaful group. He also held leadership roles at Bank ABC, where he contributed to strategic planning, IT governance, global banking systems support, and information security, and at Best Re, where he led enterprise strategic planning and solution architecture initiatives.
Nabil holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tunis El Manar and an MBA from the Mediterranean School of Business.

Abdulrahman AlHosaani

Abdulrahman AlHosaani
He is currently leading the Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing project governance, delivery management, and strategic execution across the organization.
Prior to joining Beyon Solutions, Abdulrahman held a leadership role at Batelco as Manager of ICT Order Management and Supply Chain within the Enterprise Division. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record in driving operational efficiency, managing complex projects, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
Abdulrahman holds a bachelor’s degree in business informatics and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has also earned several professional certifications that further strengthen his expertise in business operations, governance, supply chain management, and project delivery.

Jehad AlSabbah

Jehad AlSabbah
With more than 25 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise technology, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and business leadership, Jehad brings extensive expertise in helping organizations leverage technology to achieve strategic business outcomes. He has a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, leading complex technology programmes, and developing strategic partnerships across both the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining Beyon Solutions, Jehad held senior leadership positions with Oracle, Saudi Business Machines (IBM), and International Turnkey Systems (ITS). Throughout his career, he has led large-scale technology modernization and cloud transformation initiatives across a broad range of industries, including government, telecommunications, education, financial services, healthcare, transportation, aviation, and energy. He has also served as a Digital Transformation Consultant to the World Bank, supporting digital government and national transformation initiatives.
Jehad holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the United States.

Muhammad Wasif Sheikh

Muhammad Wasif Sheikh
With over 25 years in the ICT and telecommunications industry, Muhammad has built deep expertise across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise solution consultancy. He brings a proven track record of leading technical teams, delivering complex customer engagements, and driving digital transformation through strategic technology leadership.
Prior to his current role, Muhammad Wasif served as Head of Solution Consultancy & Engineering at Beyon Solutions. Before joining the organization, he held several leadership and technical roles at stc Bahrain, Batelco, Nortel Networks, Almoayed Group, MNet Services, and Apollo Telecom, where he gained broad experience across solution consulting and engineering, product and service development, vendor management, and technology strategy.
Muhammad Wasif holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Cloud Computing and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the NED University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan.

Ahmed Abdel Hameed

Ahmed Abdel Hameed
With more than 21 years of experience in enterprise software solutions, he has built a distinguished career delivering complex, large-scale enterprise transformation projects across the Middle East, Europe, and Canada.
With a strong background in software development and enterprise architecture, Ahmed has extensive experience leading the delivery of enterprise-scale digital solutions. He has successfully shaped technology strategies aligned with business objectives while overseeing engineering, product delivery, and technical operations.
He has built and led high-performing, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and brings deep expertise in delivery management, solution architecture, presales, and driving technology-led business growth.
Throughout his career, Ahmed’s experience has covered a wide range of industries including government, telecommunications, oil & gas, banking, retail, and digital media.
Ahmed holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Cairo University.

Ayman Nashaat
Link Development – Chief Financial Officer
Ayman Nashaat
Ayman brings more than 20 years of finance experience spanning the technology, telecommunications, and food and beverage industries, with responsibilities covering more than ten countries. His expertise includes tax planning, budgeting, financial reporting, accounting standards, revenue assurance, and enterprise resource planning systems.
Before joining Link Development as CFO in 2017, Ayman served as Financial Controller at A15, where he supervised the financial operations of subsidiaries across multiple regions. Earlier, he held senior finance roles at LINKdotNET and Al Ahram Beverages Company–Heineken, building extensive experience in revenue assurance, commercial accounting, cost control, and financial governance.
Ayman holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a postgraduate diploma in Management Accounting and Cost Accounting from Alexandria University.

Joseph Sameh
Link Development – Senior Vice President Business Solutions
Joseph Sameh
With more than 24 years of experience at Link Development, Joseph has progressed through several leadership positions, including Business Application Consultant, Business Solutions Manager, Head of Business Solutions, and Business Solutions General Manager. This extensive journey has given him deep expertise in enterprise business applications, solution strategy, technology consulting, and customer-centric transformation.
Throughout his career, Joseph has built trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple industries and supported organizations in aligning technology investments with their strategic objectives. He is recognized for developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability, and bridging the gap between business strategy and technology execution.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Osama Said
Link Development – Chief Operating Officer
Ossama Said
With more than 25 years of experience at Link Development, Ossama possesses deep institutional knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations, business model, and the markets it serves. His extensive experience enables him to bridge strategic goals with operational execution, fostering accountability, improving performance, and supporting the achievement of key business outcomes.
Throughout his career, Ossama has played a significant role in Link Development’s growth and transformation, contributing to the development of high-performing teams, the optimization of operational processes, and the strengthening of cross-functional collaboration. His leadership approach combines practical experience, organizational understanding, and a commitment to enabling teams to perform effectively.
Ossama holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Hatem Bechouel
Insomea – Chief Financial Officer
Hatem Bechouel
Hatem brings nearly 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, business operations, and international financial management. Prior to joining Insomea, Hatem held senior finance leadership positions across several organizations, including Siemens Group, where he served in various regional finance roles covering Tunisia, Algeria, and South West Europe & North Africa operations. During his tenure at Siemens, he contributed to financial transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, project and export finance activities, risk management, compliance frameworks, and treasury operations.
He subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer at Pentabell Group, a multinational consulting and recruitment company operating across Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, France, Switzerland, and the Middle East, where he led finance operations, implemented financial systems, established controlling frameworks, and supported business growth across multiple entities and currencies. He also held the position of Financial Shared Service Manager at VEO Worldwide Services, managing international teams and optimizing finance processes across different locations.
Before joining Insomea, Hatem also served as Chief Financial Officer at SEGITEC Group, where he focused on financial organization, project financial management, ERP readiness, and performance improvement initiatives.
Hatem holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Institut des Hautes Études Commerciales (IHEC) Carthage, Tunis. He has extensive experience working with leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial management systems, including SAP, SAGE X3, SAGE 100 PAIE HR, EXACT, and EXACT GLOBE.

Hejer Krichene
Insomea – Head of Technical Services Department
Hejer Krichene
With nearly 10 years of experience in cloud technologies, application modernization, and digital transformation, Hejer oversees the design and delivery of Microsoft cloud solutions, working closely with customers to define cloud strategies, execute migration projects, modernize applications, and implement secure and scalable technology platforms. Her expertise spans Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, enterprise collaboration solutions, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, helping organizations accelerate their adoption of modern cloud technologies.
Since joining Insomea in 2017 as a Cloud Solution Expert, Hejer has led and contributed to multiple Microsoft cloud projects, including Azure and Microsoft 365 migrations, cloud architecture design, technical assessments, proof of concepts, and implementation initiatives. She works closely with customers throughout their transformation journey, from defining their current technology landscape and cloud strategy to planning and executing successful digital transformation programmes.
Prior to joining Insomea, Hejer gained experience as a Technical Advisor at Think-it GmbH and as a Technical Consultant at Supmeca, France, where she contributed to technology projects, solution design, and the delivery of innovative digital solutions.
Hejer is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), recognizing her technical expertise, leadership, and active contribution to the Microsoft technology community. She is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and an advocate for knowledge sharing and professional development through initiatives such as Women Techmakers (WTM), where she supports and mentors professionals within the technology ecosystem. She has also contributed to Insomea’s Microsoft Partner of the Year Award recognitions in 2020, 2021,2022, and 2023, reflecting her technical expertise, commitment to customer success, and contribution to Microsoft partner achievements.
Hejer holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Science from ESPRIT Tunisia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Software from ISI Ariana, Tunis. She holds several Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700), Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate (MS-500), and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).

Selma Ben Amor

Selma Ben Amor
In her current role, Selma oversees sales operations, business development, and strategic customer engagement. She is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and contributing to the company’s commercial strategy to strengthen Insomea’s market position.
Prior to joining Insomea, Selma spent nearly two decades with Ericsson, where she held several senior leadership positions, including Sales Director, Business Development Director, and Head of IoT for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Mediterranean. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale business development initiatives, managed international teams, and delivered strategic projects spanning IoT, cloud, SaaS, telecommunications, ICT solutions, and cybersecurity. She has also played a significant role in securing major strategic contracts, expanding into new markets, and building long-term customer partnerships across multiple international markets.
Selma holds an Executive MBA in General Management from ESSEC and Mannheim Business School and has completed several Ericsson Leadership training programmes. She has also completed professional training in Cybersecurity Risk

Youssef ElHadj
Insomea – Head of Professional Services Department
Youssef ElHadj
Youssef ElHadj is the Head of the Professional Services Department at Insomea, supporting customers across the region in delivering Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects.
With nearly 20 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT solutions, Youssef leads the design and delivery of secure and scalable technology solutions, working closely with customers to define cloud strategies, infrastructure roadmaps, and modernization initiatives. His expertise covers Microsoft Azure, virtualization, Microsoft Windows and Linux environments, business continuity, backup solutions, enterprise collaboration platforms, cybersecurity, and cloud migration, helping organizations successfully adopt and optimize modern technology platforms.
Prior to joining Insomea, Youssef gained over 13 years of experience at PicoSoft, where he progressed from Network and Systems Engineer to Team Lead of the Infrastructure and Security Team, managing technical teams and delivering enterprise infrastructure, security, and cloud-related projects. He also served as Networks and Systems Manager at SOFTIC-EPPM Group, where he was responsible for managing infrastructure teams, leading network and systems projects, and defining technology roadmaps and evolution plans for enterprise environments.
Throughout his career, Youssef has developed strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery, Microsoft cloud solutions, infrastructure modernization, virtualization technologies, security solutions, and team management. He has supported organizations in designing and implementing reliable, high-performance IT environments aligned with business objectives.
Youssef holds a Computer Science Engineering degree from the National School of Engineers of Sfax (ENIS), obtained in 2006, following a First Cycle Diploma from the Preparatory Institute for Engineering Studies of Monastir. He is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and holds several advanced Microsoft certifications, including Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), and Azure AI Engineer Associate (AZ-120).

Shaikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa
Since 2020 the team has been responsible for developing Beyon Solutions, Beyon Cyber, Beyon Connect, Beyon Money and Beyon Money Business: as well as the acquisition of Insomea Computer Solutions, DTS Solutions and Link Development.
Prior to Beyon, Shaikh Mohamed was Head of Strategic Projects, and of ICT Business Development at the Bahrain Economic Development Board where notable focus areas of his role revolved around public and private sector cloud adoption, Blockchain, startups and enhancing infrastructure development across the GCC. Previously, Shaikh Mohamed was advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Shaikh Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree in politics from the American University, Washington DC and an MSC in Middle East Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies, UK. In addition to his mandate with Beyon, he is also a Board member of Binance, Bahrain Internet Exchange, Bahrain Polytechnic, Solidarity Group, and an ambassador of the GBBC (Global Blockchain Business Council).

Andrew Kvaalseth

Andrew Kvålseth
Andrew brings over 20 years of experience gained across diverse fields including telecoms, online marketplaces, e-commerce and digital transformation. Before joining Beyon, he was EVP Growth & Investments and CIO of Schibsted, an international media and online marketplace group, where he also ran new ventures.
Previously Andrew was Group Chief Commercial Officer at Ooredoo and prior to that held CEO and various CxO roles at Telenor Group. During his tenure at Telenor, Andrew concurrently founded and was CEO of Line Mobile.
Andrew holds an MBA from Oxford University, and a BBA from Wisconsin School of Business.

Maitham Abdulla

Maitham Abdulla
Since joining the company in 2006, Maitham has held several senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer and previously as General Manager of the Consumer Division. His expertise spans mobile and fixed telecommunications, connectivity solutions, data centres, and international cable services, and he has played a key role in advancing Batelco’s digital transformation initiatives and delivering major subsea cable projects.
Maitham has an MBA in Marketing & Business Management from Al-Ahlia University and a BSc in Management Information Systems from NYIT as well as a number of professional qualifications in leadership and the telecommunication domain.

Jehan Hasan

Jehan Hasan
Jehan has over 19 years of experience gained in investment and strategy and prior to her current position, held the role of Director Strategic Planning & Projects since joining the company in 2019. Before joining Beyon, Jehan was Assistant Vice President of Group Strategy at Bank ABC, and prior to that held corporate finance and equity investment roles in a number of companies in Bahrain.
Jehan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Concordia University, Canada.

Reem Altajer

Reem Altajer
Having joined Batelco in 2004, Reem has gained extensive experience through a number of roles including Internal Audit Manager, Subsidiaries Finance Manager and Director of Treasury, Planning and Assurance. Prior to Batelco, she worked with Ernst & Young as an external auditor.
Reem holds a Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and is a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Investor Relations Officer.
