Manama, Bahrain: Beyon Solutions, part of the Beyon Group,and Bahrain FinTech Bay have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on advancing cloud adoption and drive the next phase of digital transformation across the Kingdom’s financial services sector. The partnership underscores both entities’ commitment to empowering fintech growth and strengthening Bahrain’s position as a regional digital hub.

This strategic agreement reflects the shared commitment of both entities to empower fintech startups, scale-ups, and international companies entering Bahrain by providing them with stronger operational, technological, and ecosystem support.

Under the agreement, Bahrain FinTech Bay will introduce Beyon Solutions’ suite of digital, technical, and operational services to its community, while both entities co-create opportunities for knowledge sharing, workshops, and ecosystem engagement. Manama, Bahrain: Beyon Solutions, part of the Beyon Group,has signed a landmark multimillion dinar agreement with the Ministry of Education, to modernize network and wireless infrastructure across all government schools in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

This new deal will lead to the launch of Kingdom of Bahrain’s first AI-ready Sovereign HyperCloud, powered by Oracle Alloy, marking a major milestone in Bahrain’s digital transformation and data sovereignty journey. 

Developed by Beyon Solutions in collaboration with Oracle, and with the strategic support of the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), the Sovereign HyperCloud is a secure, AI-ready, locally operated cloud platform, and the only cloud designed to host data entirely within Bahrain. Powered by Oracle Alloy, a complete cloud infrastructure platform, it integrates global innovation with local governance and empowers government entities and enterprises to innovate confidently while maintaining complete control over their data within secure national borders. The iGA will serve as the anchor client and play a key role in driving cloud adoption by Bahraini Government entities while enabling data-driven governance, intelligent citizen services, and smarter public sector operations. Bahraini Government entities can now also leverage the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications capabilities of the Sovereign HyperCloud to enhance public sector efficiency and productivity in delivering services to citizens.

Manama, Bahrain: Beyon Solutions, part of the Beyon group, Gulf Air Group, and Oracle have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), in the presence of H.E. The collaboration marks a significant step towards the implementation of a unified enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution across Gulf Air Group’s portfolios. Beyon to Equip the Ministry of Interior with 500 Smart Camera and an Integrated Traffic Monitoring System

Manama, Bahrain: Beyon announced the signing of a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Interior to implement an integrated AI-powered traffic monitoring system, aimed at modernizing the traffic infrastructure and enhancing discipline and public safety on the Kingdom’s roads.

The agreement was signed by H.E. Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs, and H.E. Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company and Chairman of Beyon at the Ministry of Interior headquarters. The signing ceremony was attended by H.E. Lieutenant-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the General Traffic Council, and H.E. Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy. Under the agreement, Beyon Solutions, part of the Beyon Group, will provide the General Directorate of Traffic with 500 smart cameras as part of a fully integrated system that leverages the latest AI technologies to monitor traffic.

The agreement was signed by Beyon Solutions CEO Nicholas Toon, BAC Chief Executive Officer Mohamed Yousif Al Binfalah and Gulf Air Group Chief Technology Officer Ahmed Naeemi during the Bahrain International Airshow 2024, in the presence of senior executives from both companies.
